Terms of Service

1. The service

ProVend provides a hosted supplier-data hub with AI verification, import, export and team features ("the Service") to organisations ("Customers").

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your team members and keeping passwords confidential. One person per seat.

3. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly per seat in euros through Stripe, with tax added where applicable. Ultimate plans are agreed individually. Upgrades apply immediately and are charged pro-rata; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the paid month. If a payment is overdue for more than 7 days the organisation becomes read-only until it is paid.

4. Your data

You keep all rights to the supplier data you upload. We process it only to provide the Service. Each organisation's data is kept isolated from every other organisation.

5. AI results

AI verification, contract and invoice extraction are best-effort and should be reviewed. ProVend does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party sources.

6. Acceptable use

Don't upload unlawful content, attempt to access other organisations' data or disrupt the Service.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify Customers of material changes.
